Correction: Considering weights in real social networks: a review

There was a mistake in the caption of Figure 4 as published. In panel (A), the term “proximity” was incorrectly used instead of “remoteness”. The figure represents a weighted network with link weights expressing remoteness, consistent with the terminology and definitions used throughout the article. This correction does not affect the scientific conclusions of the article.
